WHO IS THE CLIENT
FFF was a fully customized brand from the ground up. Every asset, image, and graphic was created to cater to parents and their children’s interest. Images were sourced from Adobe Stock and Unsplash. In year two, photos collected on-site at the event have become a vital storytelling feature for this brand, alongside the sharing of newsworthy community topics
Fun Food Fest was developed with the goal of selling bulk amounts of tickets to families. We developed a company from the ground up to represent this attitude. Insert Marketing ran a strategic digital marketing campaign that includes both social media ad buys and SEO amplification via Google.
WHAT WE DID FOR THEM
Insert Marketing developed a 3-tier sponsorship deck that saw several brands augment the cost of the local music/food festival.
In a collaboration between Insert Marketing and I AM BOOKING agency, the talent was secured for 2 dates throughout over one weekend the Woodbridge Fairgrounds. Splash 'n' Boots, Max & Ruby, and a plethora of other children's talent were brought to the quaint park for multiple performances a day.
To compliment Fun Food Fest’s advertising calendar, specific elements of the festival were translated by video advertisements. One targeted parents with small children, one showcased talent, one showed food; etc.
Our main goal was to capture as many parent’s interests as possible. Gradually we determined that over 40% of the audience was mothers between the age of 34 and 40. Once analyzing this data early on in our announcement phase, the copy and captions that most effectively hit these demographics were replicated.
VIDEO DEVELOPMENT METRICS
All video performance was measured using cost per click calls to action rather than video views. The goal was to get users off Google or social media and on to the website in order to learn more about ticketing and talent.
